Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through account settings. Cancellation prevents renewal after the paid term; access continues for the remainder of that term unless the account is otherwise suspended.
Refund eligibility
Unused portions and later renewals are generally non-refundable. A first-subscription request may be considered within the eligibility period shown when the subscription was purchased.
Processing time
An approved refund may take seven to ten working days to appear in the original payment account.
