Host and Company Information
The Neebify website and SaaS platform are operated by Neebify Digital Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India.
1. Scope of the Agreement
These terms govern access to Neebify’s SaaS platform, digital interfaces, related services, and storage of customer data on Neebify-managed systems.
2. Description of Services
Services include access to documented software features, secure data storage, maintenance, and communicated service enhancements, subject to the customer’s plan and agreement.
3. Usage Rights
Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for business purposes during the agreement.
Customers must not share credentials with unauthorized parties, reverse engineer or copy the software, or use it outside the agreement.
Customers retain ownership of their data and remain responsible for using the platform in compliance with applicable privacy and outreach laws.
4. Duration, Cancellation, and Refunds
The minimum subscription period is one month and subscriptions renew for the selected term unless cancelled.
Customers may cancel through account settings. Unused portions and later renewals are generally non-refundable. A first-subscription refund request may be considered within the eligibility period stated at purchase.
Approved refunds may require seven to ten working days to appear in the customer’s account.
5. Maintenance and Service Levels
Neebify may update the software for performance or security and will communicate material service changes.
The target annual availability is 99%, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside Neebify’s reasonable control.
6. Data Security and Privacy
Neebify uses safeguards intended to protect customer data and follows applicable data-protection law. Access or disclosure is limited to service delivery, support, or legal requirements.
Customers should promptly report suspected security incidents.
7. Warranties and Liability
The service is not warranted to be error-free or to satisfy every customer requirement, but reported issues will be addressed using reasonable efforts.
To the extent permitted by law, Neebify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited by the applicable customer agreement.
8. Fees and Payment
Customers must pay the fees shown in their service agreement and maintain accurate billing information. Overdue payment may result in suspended access.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties must protect proprietary, commercial, technical, and personal information shared under the agreement, including after termination.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The agreement is governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the competent courts identified by the applicable agreement and law.
11. Termination
Neebify may terminate for good cause, including non-payment or unlawful use. Cancellation does not erase payment obligations already incurred.
12. Final Provisions
An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining terms. Neebify may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes.
